Enter the park for an immersive drive through the acacia woodlands. This is the best time to track the park's famous rhinos and search for leopards and lions before the day warms up.
A drive to the southern end of the park brings us to the beautiful Makalia Falls. Enjoy a brief guided walk to the base of the waterfall, a serene and picturesque spot perfect for a stretch and some unique landscape photography.
Enjoy a high-quality buffet lunch at the historic Lake Nakuru Lodge. Relax in the beautiful gardens and take in the tranquil atmosphere of the park from the heart of the wilderness.
A final sweep along the lake's edge to view the vast congregations of flamingos, pelicans, and the endangered Rothschild's giraffes that frequent the area.
We exit the park and begin our return journey to Nairobi.
